Chicken wings
2 pounds
Yogurt
1 cup, plain
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Paprika
1 tablespoon
Cumin
1 teaspoon
Coriander
1 teaspoon
Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons (for grilling)
Lemon wedges
for serving
Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to ensure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring the grates are clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the leftover marinade.
  5. Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil, then place the chicken wings on the grill. Grill for about 10-12 minutes per side, or until the wings are fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F) and have beautiful char marks.
  6. Once grilled, remove the wings from the heat and transfer them to a serving platter.
