Ingredients
- Pork belly
- 1 pound, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt

- Tortilla chips

- Lime
- 1, juiced
- Avocado
- 1, sliced
- Rice
- 2 cups, cooked
- Black beans
- 1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed
Instructions
- Season the pork belly pieces with salt and pepper, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork belly and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pieces are crispy and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
