- Vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons
- All-purpose flour
- 2 cups
- Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips
- 1 cup (semi-sweet or dark)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish (or line it with parchment paper for easier removal).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined—be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the baking dish for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
