Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing at low speed until just combined. Do not overmix.
