- 1 tablespoon Orange zest
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1, whole Frozen banana
- 1/2 cup, fresh Orange juice
- 2 scoops Chocolate protein powder

Instructions
- Begin by zesting the orange until you have about a tablespoon of zest.
- Next, in a high-speed blender, add the chocolate protein powder, fresh orange juice, whole frozen banana, almond milk, cocoa powder, honey, and ice cubes.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until it's smooth, creamy, and well combined. This should take about 2 minutes.
- Once blended, add in the orange zest and blend for another 30 seconds to mix it throughout the shake.
- Pour the shake into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and a little extra orange zest, and enjoy!
Tips
- For a vegan version, you can replace honey with maple syrup or dates. You can also use a vegan protein powder. For an extra protein kick, add a spoonful of almond or peanut butter.
