Servings: 4

Ingredients

Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Cumin
1/2 teaspoon
Paprika
1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Lime juice
2 tablespoons
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Pork chops
4, bone-in

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. This will create a flavorful marinade that will infuse the pork chops with a burst of Latin American flavors.
  2. Place the pork chops in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chops, ensuring they are well coated. Let the chops marinate for at least 30 minutes. For maximum flavor, consider marinating overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. This will ensure a beautiful sear on the pork chops.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, discarding any excess marinade. The chops are now ready to be grilled to perfection.
  5. Grill the pork chops for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). This will ensure the chops are cooked perfectly, juicy and tender.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the chops for maximum flavor.
  7. Serve the delicious Chuletas de Cerdo with your favorite Latin American side dishes like rice and beans or plantains, and enjoy!
