- Black pepper

- 2 cloves, minced
- Pork chops
- 4, bone-in
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. This will create a flavorful marinade that will infuse the pork chops with a burst of Latin American flavors.
- Place the pork chops in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chops, ensuring they are well coated. Let the chops marinate for at least 30 minutes. For maximum flavor, consider marinating overnight in the refrigerator.
