- Chicken thighs

Instructions
- Prepare the chimichurri sauce by combining 1 cup of chopped parsley, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, season the beef steak, chicken thighs, and pork sausages with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Ensure all the meat is evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Drizzle the meats with lime juice and 1/4 cup of olive oil, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 15-30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
- Place the meats on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy: 165°F for chicken, 145°F for pork, and 130°F for medium-rare steak.
- Once cooked, remove the meats from the grill and allow them to rest for a few minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.
- Serve the churrasco sliced or whole, accompanied by the chimichurri sauce on the side. Enjoy with traditional sides like rice, beans, or grilled vegetables.
