Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C).
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips for maximum tenderness.
- While the steak rests, slice the crusty bread rolls in half lengthwise.
- Spread a generous amount of chimichurri sauce on both sides of the bread.
- Layer the bottom half of the bread with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and sliced onion.
