The tradition of martini dates back to the mid-19th century and since then it has evolved into countless variations, one of the most enticing ones being our Espresso Martini.

Serves 1

Ingredients

Coffee beans
3-4 for garnish
Ice
1 cup
Simple syrup
1 ounce
Coffee liqueur
1 ounce
Tequila
1.5 ounces
Espresso
1 shot, cooled

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the cooled espresso, tequila, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.
  3. Top up the shaker with ice, ensuring the ingredients are well submerged.
  4. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
