Ingredients

  • Cinnamon roll dough (2 cans (8 ounces each))
  • Cream cheese (16 ounces, softened)
  • Granulated sugar (1 cup)
  • Eggs (3 large)
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Butter (1/4 cup, melted)
  • Brown sugar (1/4 cup)
  • Cinnamon (2 teaspoons)
  • Powdered sugar (1 cup)
  • Milk (2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Roll out one can of cinnamon roll dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon roll crust in the pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, brown sugar, and melted butter to create the cinnamon filling.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon filling onto the cream cheese mixture, then use a knife to gently swirl it in for a marbled effect.
  8. Roll out the second can of cinnamon roll dough and cut it into small pieces or quarters.
  9. Place the cinnamon roll pieces on top of the cheesecake mixture, distributing them evenly.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the cinnamon rolls on top are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and allow the cheesecake to cool completely in the pan before carefully removing the sides.
  12. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make a smooth glaze.
  13. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cheesecake for an added touch of sweetness.
  14. Slice into pieces and serve. Enjoy the delightful combination of flavors!
