
Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Milk (2 tablespoons)
- Powdered sugar (1 cup)
- Butter (1/4 cup, melted)
- Brown sugar (1/2 cup)
- Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
- Eggs (2)
- Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- Granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
- Cream cheese (16 oz)
- Cinnamon roll dough (2 cans)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a springform pan.
- Roll out one can of cinnamon roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon roll crust in the pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, brown sugar, and melted butter to make the cinnamon filling.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon filling onto the cream cheese mixture and swirl gently with a knife.
- Roll out the second can of cinnamon roll dough and cut it into small pieces.
- Place the cinnamon roll pieces on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cheesecake.
