- Soft-boiled eggs

- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Chicken or vegetable broth
- 4 cups
- Ramen noodles
- 2 packets
- Fresh clams
- 1 pound
Instructions
- Start by preparing your ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them and set aside.
- Simultaneously, in a separate large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pot, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until they release their fragrant aroma.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring it to a simmer.
- Carefully add the fresh clams into the simmering broth. Cook them until they open up, which should take about 5-7 minutes. Any clams that do not open should be discarded as they may not be safe to eat.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the open clams from the broth and set them aside. Strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve to remove any impurities for a clear and clean flavor.
- Return the strained broth to the pot and stir in the soy sauce. Bring the broth back to a simmer.
- Divide the cooked ramen noodles into serving bowls. Pour the hot, flavorful broth over the noodles.
- Top each bowl with the cooked clams, a generous sprinkle of sliced green onions, shredded nori seaweed, and a perfectly soft-boiled egg.
