- Eggs
- 4 large
- Salt

- Black pepper
- to taste
- Flour tortillas
- 4 (10-inch)
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup, shredded
- Tomato
- 1 medium, diced
- Avocado
- 1 medium, sliced
- Salsa
- 1/2 cup
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 7-10 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- In the same skillet, using the bacon drippings, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness. Season with salt and black pepper. For scrambled eggs, whisk the eggs in a bowl before pouring them into the skillet, stirring occasionally until they are fluffy and cooked through.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet over low heat or in the microwave for about 15 seconds until pliable.
- On each tortilla, layer the cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, sliced avocado, and salsa in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a burrito. Ensure the filling is securely wrapped inside.
- Serve the bacon and egg burritos warm, optionally with extra salsa or hot sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy your delicious breakfast!
