
Classic Beef Burger

Ingredients
- Pickles (to taste)
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
- Mustard (to taste)
- Ketchup (to taste)
- Onion (1, sliced)
- Tomato (1, sliced)
- Lettuce leaves (4)
- Hamburger buns (4)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Ground beef (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
- Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top each patty with a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion.
- Spread ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on the top half of each bun, then place on top of the burger.
- Serve with pickles on the side.
