- 2 lbs, cubed
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons
- Garlic

- Fresh rosemary

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet, spreading them out in a single, even layer. This helps them cook evenly and get that desired crispy exterior.
