Classic Clover Cappuccino

Indulge your senses with this smooth and creamy Clover Cappuccino - the ultimate luxurious treat. Experience the bold kick of freshly brewed espresso, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of clover syrup and the creamy goodness of frothy milk. Topped with a light dusting of cocoa powder and a dollop of whipped cream, this cup of joy is sure to brighten your day!

Serves 1

Ingredients

Whipped cream
1 dollop for garnish
Cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon for garnish
Clover syrup
2 tablespoons
Milk
1 cup
Espresso
1 shot

Instructions

  1. Begin by brewing a shot of your favorite espresso. The bolder, the better to balance the sweetness of the clover syrup.
  2. While your espresso is brewing, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Be careful not to let it boil - you want to heat it until it's hot to the touch.
  3. Once your milk is heated, remove from the heat and whisk in the clover syrup. Blend well until the syrup is completely dissolved in the milk.
  4. Now for the fun part - frothing the milk! Use a milk frother or a whisk and beat the milk until it becomes creamy and foamy. This will create the classic cappuccino texture.
  5. Pour the shot of espresso into a large cup. Slowly pour your frothed clover-infused milk over it, using a spoon to hold back the foam. The goal is to create a layered effect with the espresso at the bottom and the froth on top.
  6. For the finishing touch, sprinkle a dusting of cocoa powder over the frothed milk and crown with a dollop of whipped cream.
  7. Serve immediately while hot. Enjoy this touch of luxury in a cup!

Tips

  • 💡 For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and a vegan whipped cream.
  • 💡 If you can't find clover syrup, honey or agave syrup would make a good substitute.
  • 💡 For an extra decadent treat, top with a drizzle of caramel sauce or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
