Instructions
- Begin by brewing a shot of your favorite espresso. The bolder, the better to balance the sweetness of the clover syrup.
- While your espresso is brewing, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Be careful not to let it boil - you want to heat it until it's hot to the touch.
- Once your milk is heated, remove from the heat and whisk in the clover syrup. Blend well until the syrup is completely dissolved in the milk.
- Now for the fun part - frothing the milk! Use a milk frother or a whisk and beat the milk until it becomes creamy and foamy. This will create the classic cappuccino texture.
- Pour the shot of espresso into a large cup. Slowly pour your frothed clover-infused milk over it, using a spoon to hold back the foam. The goal is to create a layered effect with the espresso at the bottom and the froth on top.
- For the finishing touch, sprinkle a dusting of cocoa powder over the frothed milk and crown with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Serve immediately while hot. Enjoy this touch of luxury in a cup!
Tips
- For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and a vegan whipped cream.
- If you can't find clover syrup, honey or agave syrup would make a good substitute.
- For an extra decadent treat, top with a drizzle of caramel sauce or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
