Ingredients

  • Pineapple slices (2, for garnish)
  • Shredded coconut (1 tablespoon)
  • Honey (1 tablespoon)
  • Pineapple juice (1/2 cup)
  • Coconut milk (1/2 cup)
  • Ground coffee (2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Brew the ground coffee using your preferred method.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk, pineapple juice, and honey over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Pour the brewed coffee into two mugs.
  4. Divide the coconut milk and pineapple mixture equally between the mugs, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of each mug.
  6. Garnish with pineapple slices.
