Ingredients
- Pineapple slices (2, for garnish)
- Shredded coconut (1 tablespoon)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- Pineapple juice (1/2 cup)
- Coconut milk (1/2 cup)
- Ground coffee (2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Brew the ground coffee using your preferred method.
- In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk, pineapple juice, and honey over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Pour the brewed coffee into two mugs.
- Divide the coconut milk and pineapple mixture equally between the mugs, stirring gently to combine.
