1/4 cup, plus extra for garnish
Lime slices
1 lime, sliced
Pineapple slices
1 cup, fresh or canned
Ice cubes
2 cups
Simple syrup
1/4 cup (adjust to taste)
Lime juice
1/2 cup, freshly squeezed
Pineapple juice

2 cups

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the coconut water, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Add the mint leaves and gently muddle them with a wooden spoon to release their flavor without tearing them apart.
  3. Stir in the ice cubes to chill the mixture.
  4. Pour the coconut pineapple limeade into individual glasses.
  5. Garnish each glass with a slice of pineapple, a slice of lime, and a few fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and extra flavor.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of the tropics!

Tips

  • 💡 For a sparkling twist, top the limeade with club soda or sparkling water just before serving.
  • 💡 To make it a cocktail, add a splash of rum for an extra tropical kick.
  • 💡 Feel free to adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of simple syrup according to your taste preference.
