Colombian Lulo Fruit Salad

A refreshing and tangy fruit salad made with lulo, a popular fruit in Colombia known for its unique citrus flavor.

Ingredients

  • Mint leaves (a handful, chopped)
  • Lime (1, juiced)
  • Honey (2 tablespoons)
  • Lulo fruit (4, peeled and diced)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced lulo fruit, honey, and lime juice.
  2. Stir well to ensure all the fruit is coated with the honey and lime juice.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the top of the salad.
