
Colombian Lulo Fruit Salad
A refreshing and tangy fruit salad made with lulo, a popular fruit in Colombia known for its unique citrus flavor.
Ingredients
- Mint leaves (a handful, chopped)
- Lime (1, juiced)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Lulo fruit (4, peeled and diced)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced lulo fruit, honey, and lime juice.
- Stir well to ensure all the fruit is coated with the honey and lime juice.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the top of the salad.
