Eggs
2, beaten
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
Fish sauce
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Green onions
2, chopped
Peas
1/2 cup
Carrots
1/2 cup, diced
Pork loin
1/2 cup, diced
Shrimp
1/2 cup, peeled and deveined
Chicken breast
1/2 cup, diced
Cooked rice
2 cups

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. Add the diced chicken, shrimp, and pork loin. Stir-fry until they are cooked through and slightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced carrots, peas, chopped green onions, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked.
  5. Add back the cooked meats and the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables and eggs.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Pour the sauce over the rice mixture and stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Continue stir-frying for a few more minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
  8. Serve hot. Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired and enjoy your homemade Vietnamese special fried rice!
