Mustard

Sauerkraut

Aji pepper sauce
2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Begin by grilling or boiling the beef hot dogs until they are fully cooked and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. While the hot dogs are cooking, toast the hot dog buns on a grill or in a toaster until they are lightly golden and crispy.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create a flavorful spread. Adjust the proportions to your taste.
  4. Once the hot dogs are ready, place each one inside a toasted bun.
  5. Generously spread the mayonnaise mixture on the inside of each bun.
  6. Top each hot dog with a layer of sauerkraut, followed by diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, chopped onions, and chopped cilantro.
  7. Finish off with a drizzle of aji pepper sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
