Ingredients

Original recipe serves 4

Honey
2 tablespoons
Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon
Fresh mint leaves
a handful for garnish
Mango
1, peeled and diced
Peaches
2, pitted and diced
Kiwi
2, peeled and diced
Blueberries
1 cup
Strawberries
1 cup, hulled and halved

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, peaches, and kiwi, along with the blueberries and strawberries.
  2. To prepare the honey-lime dressing, whisk together the honey and freshly squeezed lime juice in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruits. Toss gently until all the fruits are evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Divide the fruit salad evenly among four serving cups or bowls.
  5. Just before serving, garnish each fruit cup with a few fresh mint leaves. Enjoy your refreshing Copa de Frutas!
