
Cordon Bleu Burger
A delicious twist on the classic Cordon Bleu, this burger is filled with ham, swiss cheese, and a tangy Dijon mustard sauce.
Ingredients
- Tomato slices (4)
- Lettuce leaves (4)
- Mayonnaise (4 tablespoons)
- Dijon mustard (4 tablespoons)
- Hamburger buns (4)
- Swiss cheese (4 slices)
- Sliced ham (4 slices)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Ground beef (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Top each patty with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese. Cover the grill and cook for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Spread the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the hamburger buns.
- Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on each bun bottom, then top with the burgers.
- Cover with the bun tops and serve.
