
Corfu Cardamom Latte
A delicious and aromatic latte infused with the flavors of cardamom and Corfu.
Ingredients
- Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Corfu liqueur (1 ounce)
- Honey or sugar (1 tablespoon)
- Ground cardamom (1/4 teaspoon)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Espresso or strong coffee (1 shot or 1/2 cup)
Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong cup of coffee.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Whisk in the ground cardamom and honey or sugar until well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Corfu liqueur.
- Pour the hot milk mixture into a mug and add the brewed espresso or coffee.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
