- 1, diced Red bell pepper
- 1, diced Cucumber
- 1/2, finely chopped Red onion
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed Lime juice
