Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Cucumber (1, diced)
- Red bell pepper (1, diced)
- Corn kernels (1 cup, cooked)
- Canned tuna (2 cans, drained)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, and chopped fresh cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
