Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Jalapeno pepper
1, finely chopped
Green onions
2, chopped
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup, grated
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
Sweet corn
2 cups, cooked

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sweet corn, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, finely chopped jalapeno pepper, salt, and black pepper. Ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
