Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it becomes foamy and fragrant.
- Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes until it begins to soften. Then add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 2 minutes, until the onions are translucent and aromatic.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, spreading them out evenly in the skillet. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping occasionally to ensure even browning, until the potatoes are crispy and golden on the outside.
- Add the chopped corned beef to the skillet, mixing it in with the potatoes and onions. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is heated through and starts to crisp up.
