Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
  • Broccoli (2 cups, chopped)
  • Potatoes (4 medium, cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, steam the broccoli until tender.
