Ingredients
- Crusty bread (for serving)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
- Fresh parsley (1/4 cup, chopped)
- White wine (1 cup)
- Tomatoes (4 large, diced)

- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes, white wine, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

- Serve the Cozze alla Marinara in bowls, with the sauce and mussels. Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
