  • Butter (2 tablespoons)

  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Green onions (2, finely chopped)
  • Cheddar cheese (1/2 cup, shredded)
  • Avocado (1, sliced)
  • Crab meat (1 cup, fresh or canned)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
  3. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set and the center is still slightly runny.
  4. Carefully sprinkle the crab meat, avocado slices, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions over one half of the omelette.
