
Crab and Cheddar Omelette
This delicious crab and cheddar omelette is filled with succulent crab meat and melted cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- Fresh chives (1 tablespoon, chopped)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Butter (1 tablespoon)
- Milk (2 tablespoons)
- Eggs (4)
- Cheddar cheese (1/2 cup, shredded)
- Crab meat (1 cup, cooked)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a minute until the edges start to set.
- Sprinkle the crab meat, cheddar cheese, and fresh chives evenly over one half of the omelette.
- Using a spatula, carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
