- Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
- Worcestershire sauce (1 teaspoon)
- Old Bay seasoning (1 tablespoon)
- Egg (1, beaten)
- Panko breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
- Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Buns (4, toasted)
- Lettuce (4 leaves)
- Tomato (4 slices)
- Tartar sauce (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

- While the crab cakes are cooking, spread tartar sauce on the toasted buns.
