This vibrant cocktail combines the smoky flavor of mezcal with the sweetness of prickly pear and a spicy kick from jalapeño, making it a perfect refreshment for warm evenings or lively gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Mezcal
- 1 ounce Prickly pear puree
- 1 ounce Fresh lime juice
- 2-3 slices (adjust to taste) Jalapeño slices
- 1/2 ounce (optional, for sweetness) Agave syrup
- 2 ounces Hibiscus tea (brewed and cooled)
- as needed Ice
- for garnish Lime wheel or prickly pear slice

Instructions
