Fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup, plus extra for garnish
Honey
2 tablespoons, or to taste
Sparkling water
4 cups
Fresh lime juice
1/2 cup
Cranberry juice
2 cups, preferably unsweetened
Lime slices
for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, blend together the cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, sparkling water, and honey. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
  2. Gently add the fresh mint leaves and stir lightly to release their aromatic flavors into the mixture.
