Ingredients
- Cabbage
- 1 medium, shredded
- Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons
- Milk
- 1 cup
- Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon, freshly grated

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat until foamy.

- Season the creamed cabbage with salt, black pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg to taste. Stir to combine all the flavors.
