Creamy Garlic Parmesan Risotto

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 4 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 4 cups, heated Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup, grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish) Fresh parsley

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in the arborio rice, cooking for about 2 minutes until the grains are coated in the butter and turn slightly translucent.
- Pour in the white wine and stir continuously until it is mostly absorbed by the rice.
- Begin adding the heated chicken broth, 1/2 cup at a time. Stir constantly and wait for each addition to be absorbed before adding the next. This process should take about 18-20 minutes.
- Once the rice is tender and creamy, remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
