Crema Di Gianduia
Indulge in the rich and velvety world of Crema di Gianduia, a beloved Italian delicacy that combines the nutty goodness of hazelnuts with the luxurious sweetness of milk chocolate. This creamy spread is reminiscent of Nutella but crafted with a homemade touch that elevates its flavor and texture. Perfect as a dessert topping, a dip for fruits, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful, this treat embodies the heart of Italian confectionery. Dating back to the early 19th century in the Piedmont region of Italy, Gianduia was created during a chocolate shortage when cocoa was scarce, leading to the innovative blending of chocolate with finely ground hazelnuts. Today, it remains a cherished addition to many Italian desserts.
