Ingredients

Red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground
Salt
1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Green cabbage
1 medium-sized head, cut into 1-inch thick slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the cabbage slices from sticking.
  2. Arrange the cabbage slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Evenly drizzle the olive oil over the cabbage slices. Sprinkle the cabbage with salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to season.
