Serves 1

Ingredients

Espresso or strong brewed coffee
1 shot (about 1 ounce)
Milk
1 cup
Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon
Croissant
1 large, preferably fresh
Whipped cream
1/4 cup
Caramel sauce
2 tablespoons, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or prepare a strong cup of coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cut the croissant in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom layer.

  5. Place the bottom half of the croissant in a large mug.
  6. Pour the frothy latte mixture over the croissant, allowing the warm milk to soak in.
  7. Gently place the top half of the croissant on top of the latte.
  8. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce for an extra touch of sweetness.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Croissant Latte!

Tips

  • 💡 For a richer flavor, use whole milk or add a splash of heavy cream.
  • 💡 Feel free to experiment with flavored syrups like hazelnut or chocolate for a twist.
  • 💡 If you're short on time, you can use a store-bought caramel sauce.
