Ingredients
- Espresso or strong brewed coffee
- 1 shot (about 1 ounce)
- Milk
- 1 cup
- Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Croissant
- 1 large, preferably fresh
- Whipped cream
- 1/4 cup
- Caramel sauce
- 2 tablespoons, for drizzling
Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso or prepare a strong cup of coffee.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Cut the croissant in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom layer.
- In a blender, combine the hot milk, brewed espresso or coffee, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend on high until frothy and well combined.
- Place the bottom half of the croissant in a large mug.
