- Baguette
- 1, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

- 3 tablespoons, divided
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Mixed mushrooms

- Fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
- Salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the mushroom-topped crostini.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
