Crystal Shrimps is a delicious seafood dish that combines the sweet and juicy flavors of shrimps with a tangy and spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Green onions (2, chopped)
  • White wine (1 tablespoon)
  • Sugar (1 teaspoon)
  • Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Ginger (1 tablespoon, minced)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Cornstarch (1 tablespoon)
  • White pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Shrimps (1 pound, peeled and deveined)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimps, salt, white pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimps and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and white wine. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with the chopped green onions and serve.
