Ingredients
- Green onions (2, chopped)
- White wine (1 tablespoon)
- Sugar (1 teaspoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)

- Cornstarch (1 tablespoon)

- Shrimps (1 pound, peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shrimps, salt, white pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimps and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, sugar, and white wine. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
