Cuban Dog

- 4 Hot dogs
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup, sliced Dill pickles
- to taste Yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons (for toasting buns) Butter

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill the hot dogs until they are heated through and have nice grill marks, about 5 minutes.
- While the hot dogs are grilling, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the hot dog buns and toast them until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Once the hot dogs are done, place a slice of ham on each toasted hot dog bun.
- Top each ham slice with a grilled hot dog.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each hot dog, allowing it to melt slightly from the heat.
- Add sliced dill pickles over the cheese and drizzle with yellow mustard to taste.
- Serve the Cuban Dogs immediately, with extra pickles and mustard on the side if desired.
