Original recipe serves 4

Ice cubes
1 cup
Water
2 cups
Honey
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
1/4 cup, freshly squeezed
Fresh dill
1/4 cup, chopped
Cucumber
2 medium, peeled and chopped

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber, fresh dill, lemon juice, honey, water, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or the acidity by adding more lemon juice, if desired.
  4. Pour the Cucumber Dill Refresher into glasses and serve immediately over additional ice if preferred.
  5. For an elegant presentation, garnish each drink with a sprig of fresh dill or a slice of cucumber on the rim of the glass.
