Refreshing Cucumber Lassi

Ingredients
- 1 medium, peeled and roughly chopped Cucumber
- 1 cup, chilled Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cold Water
- 1/4 teaspoon or to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- 8-10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions
- In a blender, add the chopped cucumber, chilled yogurt, cold water, salt, roasted cumin powder, and fresh mint leaves.
