- Ice cubes (as needed)

- Water (4 cups, divided)
- Granulated sugar (1/2 cup (adjust to taste))
- Lemons (4 large, juiced (about 1 cup of lemon juice))
- Cucumbers (2 medium, peeled and sliced)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced cucumbers, fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar, 2 cups of water, and the mint leaves.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to strain out any pulp, using a spoon to press the mixture for maximum extraction.
