Ingredients
- Ice cubes

- Water
- 4 cups, chilled
- Honey or agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup, packed
- Cucumber
- 1 large, peeled and chopped
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber, fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and honey (or agave syrup).
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- To remove any pulp, strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, using a spatula to help push the liquid through.
