- Fresh noodles

- Ground pork
- 1/2 pound
- Sesame paste
- 2 tablespoons
- Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
- Chinese black vinegar
- 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth
- 1 cup
- Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon, crushed
- Chili oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Ginger
- 1 teaspoon, minced
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons
- Fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Green onions
- 1/4 cup, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili oil, and crushed Sichuan peppercorns.
- Add the sauce mixture to the skillet with the cooked pork and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- In a separate pot, cook the fresh noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat the chicken broth, Chinese black vinegar, sugar, and sesame paste over low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sesame paste.
- Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Pour the warm broth mixture over the noodles.
- Top the noodles with the pork mixture, and garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.
