1/2 cup, plus extra for garnish
Heavy whipping cream
1 cup
Milk
1 cup
Blueberry syrup
1/4 cup
Espresso or strong brewed coffee
1 shot (or 1 cup brewed coffee)
Sugar (optional)
1-2 teaspoons, to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by brewing a shot of espresso or preparing a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the fresh blueberries and blueberry syrup. Gently heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until warm and slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat.
  4. Froth the hot milk using a milk frother or whisk vigorously until it becomes creamy and frothy.
  5. Pour the brewed espresso or coffee into a large mug.
  6. Add the warm blueberry syrup mixture to the coffee and stir well to combine the flavors.
