Boneless chicken thighs
1 pound
Lamb or beef
1 pound, sliced thinly
Flatbread
4 pieces
Tzatziki sauce
1 cup
Lettuce
2 cups, shredded
Onion
1, thinly sliced
Tomatoes
2, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and thinly sliced lamb or beef to the marinade. Ensure the meat is well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the marinated meat on the grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove the meat from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. While the meat is resting, warm the flatbreads in a pan or on the grill for a few seconds on each side until pliable.
