Instructions

  2. Grind the espresso beans to a fine consistency, resembling table salt for optimal extraction.
  3. Prepare your espresso machine and insert the portafilter. Ensure it is clean and dry.
  4. Dose 14 grams of the freshly ground coffee into the portafilter basket, distributing it evenly.
  5. Tamp the coffee grounds evenly and firmly with a consistent pressure to create a flat and compact coffee bed.
  6. Insert the portafilter into the espresso machine and start the extraction process.
  7. Allow the machine to extract a double shot of espresso, approximately 60 ml, which should take about 25-30 seconds.
