- Dungeness crab meat
- 1 pound, cooked and picked
- Mixed greens
- 4 cups, washed and dried
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup, halved
- Cucumber
- 1 medium, diced
- Red onion
- 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
- Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon
- Honey
- 1 teaspoon
- Salt

Instructions
