Dungeness crab meat
1 pound, cooked and picked
Mixed greens
4 cups, washed and dried
Cherry tomatoes
1 cup, halved
Cucumber
1 medium, diced
Red onion

2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon
Honey
1 teaspoon
Salt
